How do I cancel my subscription?

It depends on where you subscribed:

  • On the web: Go to Manage subscription, enter your email, and follow the secure link we send you. No password needed.
  • iOS: Settings → Subscriptions → Pooficient → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Pooficient → Cancel

When you cancel a web subscription, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes. On the web, open Manage subscription — you'll be offered the option to pause billing while keeping your data, so you can resume later.

What payment methods can I use?

On the web, payments are processed securely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). On iOS and Android, payments are handled by Apple and Google respectively.

How do refunds work?

Web purchases (via Paddle): refund requests are considered within 48 hours of your initial purchase — email eren@pediatricstechnologies.com with your order details. App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's own refund policies. See our Terms of Use for details.

Account

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime from the in-app settings. Note that cancelling a subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription — do both if you want to fully stop.
